Same subject, SD, but consider this scenario...SD is provided and states owner is not aware of any issues. Home goes under contract and during option it is determined certain things need repair...like foundation, or roof...something significant. Buyer walks, seller makes repairs, puts back on market, does not update the SD using the original one before the repairs were made, another buyer comes along and then has issues with the foundation or roof.
