Re: the " no- however" response to 'must the Seller provide Inspection Report to new Buyers' question - -  
TAR Seller Disclosure form 1406 Section 6 / asks ' Within 4 years - - has the Seller received any written inspection reports? IF YES- attach copies'.  
So wouldn't the answer be " It depends which Seller Disclosure is being used: TAR 1406, or TREC OP-H "?  Thanks Ms. Dawn - just trying to get crystal clarity -

Great points Dawn! Two more instances where it behooves the seller to get an inspection report when listing the property! I have been a proponent of this for 20+ years.
